Just for something slightly different: what are you having for Easter dinner? Normally we’d have brunched with my family. Mom usually does a ham and cheesy potatoes. Mimosas, bloody marys, etc. My wife makes deviled eggs, I make stupid jokes. It’s tradition. This year, we’re not doing that, for obvious reasons. It’s just my wife, my son, and me. My lovely bride has been craving coq au vin for a while, and she asked me to make it for her today. I am a big fan of a happy wife. It’s reasonably easy to make, it just has a lot of steps and requires a lot of time. I drank beer while cooking (pictured: Space Oddity, a special release by Level Crossing Brewery in South Salt Lake), and we had a nice cabernet with dinner.
What did you cook/order/eat on this, the weirdest of Easters in my lifetime?
