The Irish Invasion Myths

I’ve been trying to come up with a topic that 1) won’t heave anyone’s ho, and 2) is still interesting to me personally. And I think this is interesting ENOUGH.

In the mythology of Ireland, the island was invaded MULTIPLE times. Now like any proper mythology, there’s different stories after who came first and who went where. So, I’d like to use this video from Tales Foundry as a jumping off point.

Now obviously this doesn’t discuss Finn McCool or even Cuchulainn, this is is just about how thie Irish got to Ireland at all in the first place.

In the spirit of having a fun discussion, let’s talk about Irish mythology.
