Here’s what I took away as the ACTUAL problem: the use of the word “critical.”
There are two possible meanings to this word, and everyone picked to wrong one. “Critical race theory” descends from “critical theory”, a theory of criticism. But, “my GOD MAN, this is CRITICAL” is how it was treated. And that is just how our stupid language works at work.
