The father of a 14-year-old girl who was shot to death during the school shooting in Parkland, Florida was ordered to leave the presence of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Wednesday.
The incident occurred while both Fred Guttenberg and Greene were standing outside the U.S. Supreme Court ahead of a Second Amendment hearing.
In a tweet, Guttenberg explained that he had tried to introduce himself to Greene but she refused to respond.
"At the SC to deliver remarks on the 2A hearing taking place," he wrote. "@mtgreenee there as well. I attempted to introduce myself and she would not talk and her security told me to leave. I did get out that I was from Parkland. Considering the way she treats others, she is a fraud."
Greene has previously mocked survivors of the Parkland shooting. She has also suggested the shooting was a Obama "false flag" event.
