Once again, another year has past, as we spend time with friends and family and reflect on 2024 we have to ask ourselves “How the fuck did we make it this far, making the same mistakes over and over again?”

But in all seriousness , thank you for being a therapy group and being part of this community, I appreciate and respect all of you, even Fwed. Thank you all and have a wonderful Holiday season.
